I'm a Junior in college, living in my first ever apartment with one roommate and my 3 budgies (Parakeets). I am a first degree black belt, working on getting in shape to earn my next degree and be overall healthier! I've been overweight almost my entire life and I've always wondered what I'd look like at the "healthy" weight. I've tried Weight Watchers before in high school but it was difficult to do because I would eat the school lunches everyday and had no clue how to count them point wise. (I did have good results on it regardless so I recommend it for those willing to try it.)
I was motivated to start my new lifestyle because my friend stared WW over the summer and has lost a significant amount of weight from it! He looks great and if he can lose weight, I can too.
