OK - I have been BAD for over a week now. I am sick of it. I am back on my diet today and will not cheat for a long time. It's not worth it. I had a tummy ache off and on the whole week. I know it is going to be rough starting over. Wish me luck. :)

102.1 kg Lost so far: 28.6 kg. Still to go: 31.8 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Gaining 1.9 kg a Week
