no change in weight, i do feel my clothes are a lot looser though so I checked my waist it's 34 inches and my abdominal circumference is 39 inches. hoping to see some more numbers crunch by the end of the diet 😬 feeling hopeful and generally happier than when I started, and not that desperate or craving anything specific honestly, which is yaay :D
