I'm beginning to think that I might be doing something wrong with my diet. I have been exercising hard everyday wothout fail, and I have reduced my calorie intake to under 1000, when my diet calls for 2000+. On Wednesday I only ate around 750 calories ... anyway, given my flat results lately, I think I need to change something up. I'm considering Body-for-Life.
110.7 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
