Woo Hoo! So surprised to see this number on the scale. I mean, I'm far more overweight than most people. And most people would faint to see that number on the scale. But for me, all that matters is it's moving down. :D
132.5 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 23.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
