Not a very good week. Emotional problems really did it in for me. I had lost a good amount of weight then put it back on from irregular eating and poor eating habits.

Alright, now I feel better. Granted, it's a lot of weight in a short period of time, but I think it was limbo weight. A combo of water weight, crappy eating, and stress. Now I feel on track.

So pissed at myself and my body. I feel that my medication is rendering my weight loss efforts. Because of that, I've become more relaxed in my eating habits. So I resolve today to change my eating habits back and talk to my doctor about my meds.

Woo Hoo! So surprised to see this number on the scale. I mean, I'm far more overweight than most people. And most people would faint to see that number on the scale. But for me, all that matters is it's moving down. :D
