I've been faithfully exercising everyday and keeping my calorie intake below 1500. The good news is that I've lost 6 lbs - the bad news? I'm constantly thinking about food! I think about it more than work, bills, sex... you get the idea. I'm fearful that this state I'm in is a sure recipe for disaster. I'm definitely jazzed about the results - now I just need to get myself to the point where I can enjoy my day at the same time.
