I am not doing well at all, so I have been avoiding weighing in for a year, how sad. I have no motivation to do anything and I am just so tired.
118.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 54.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Time for a plan of attack!! Get out some paper and pen (or at least word) lol, and make a plan. Write out what you will eat today and tomorrow for 3 meals and 2-3 snacks. When you will drink your water and when you will start walking or other chosen exercise. It's one day, one meal, one snack, one bite at a time baby! ! YOU CAN DO IT!! =D Rock it up sista, we're here to help!

Come on you can do it! Don't let these bad feelings win. Look forward, not back. Like BT said, take it one at a time. Change things up a little bit if what you are doing is getting boring or old. Experiment for what works for you. Do this for you because you are worth it!!!!!!
