So I didnt do so hot on eating clean over the weekend. boo. just down 1/2 a pound, which is pretty demotivational...but at least its down and not up.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
