Ok, so today was my official weigh in day, and I was disappointed, although I knew that the news was not going to be good...let's just say I'm "retaining water". Anyway, my husband was very sweet, and got my spirits back up. There is good news though...he lost this week! I am so proud of him! This week I will lose rest that I need to hit the under 300 lb mark. I'm going to work at it, and hope that I find the strength that it seems to take these days to steer myself in the right direction. I'm also working on positive thinking... :)
