Feeling comfortable with this quantity of food, adapting to Metformin and not feeling dizzy or weak from too little food or too much med. Did some cleaning without pain from the back injury which is major progress. Still waiting for the allergens to calm down before I can walk. They are still horribly high. I might do some dancing indoors just to get moving again.
