I deffintly got off track. I stopped working out, and became lazy. So I gained some weight. But I am back and ready to get serious. I am ready to loose some weight. my new goal is too loose 10 lbs by November.
62.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
