Although, I havent weighed in , in about a week or so. I HAVE been keeping to my diet. And working out reguarly. I actually started gaining weight for some reason, which is discouraging. I weighed myself this morning and noticed i lost,0.6 lbs or something like. Although it's not much, i suppose its a start, and hopefully I will start to see more results now. I think i just had to get my metabolisim working right again lol. I just started HipHop ABS today. I LOVE IT!! one of my fav work outs, very high energy and alot of fun. I think I am going to inquire this in my dailey and nightly workouts. Another moutain I have climbed is I have not had ANY soda, in 3 weeks now. First two weeks were difficult, not it just doesnt even sound good to me. I think that is a great defeat because I loved me some dr.pepper lol. Anyhow , Happy working out everyone!!

Today is my second day of my new diet, or shall I say of me excersing. Today is better and easier than yesterday, and I feel great. I am not as tired, and I had fun working out. Instead of running this morning ( because it was too cold) I did dance routines in my home. You can look them up on YOUTUBE.COM. There are plenty to choose from. I worked on 5 different Zumba routines. I think I am going to add my dance routines to my workout regimen, it makes working out fun, and you dont even realize you are working out half the time because you are concentrated on learning the dance. It makes for a great work out, and you feel great after wards. I am feeling very motivaed today. I am also going to do house work soon, which will add to a bit of a workout as well. :-) I am full of energy today. Thank goodness. Yesterday I was exhausted, from running and working out. So I am glad it is getting a bit easier. I am on my second day with no caffine at all. It gave me a horrible headache last night, but I know if i can work through it...past two weeks it will go away. Wish me luck, and happy dieting! :-)

I deffintly got off track. I stopped working out, and became lazy. So I gained some weight. But I am back and ready to get serious. I am ready to loose some weight. my new goal is too loose 10 lbs by November.
