Been eating super well, cutting out carbs, keeping calories under 1400.... But weight gone up.
I know it's not fat gain so not overly concerned but still, don't like seeing the number go up.
Going to weigh weekly so that I don't stress over the daily changes. Weight can fluctuate.
79.2 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I can go up and down a kilo in a day so I record weekly or fortnightly

weekly sounds good. I see daily fluctuations too.

Weighing yourself once a week at the same time is the way to go. you can be a slightly different weight on different days its down to how hydrated or dehydrated you are, and you are normally lighter in a morning.
