I think the lack of high intensity workouts is having an effect. I can't shift the weight.
Might find some HIIT training videos to try 🤷♀️
Still, not gone up so I can't be too unhappy.

10k run done this morning. 1hr 11mins.
Ate a good breakfast before and had salmon and ratatouille for lunch.
Good day today.... Shall carry that positive attitude on to tomorrow.
🤞I hope I've lost weight come saturday🤞

So, back to intermittent fasting.
Just had first meal of the day. It was more of a big brunch so I should be good for a while.
Evening meal tonight will be before 7pm following the 16/8 plan.
458 calorie first meal - 2 eggs, 2 rashes turkey bacon, cup of mushroom, 3/4 can of baked beans..... All good yeah 🤷♀️

Weighed in 10 days ago, and still the same.
Can't be too disappointed but think I've reached the dreaded plateu.
Maybe I'm eating too few calories, some days do struggle to even hit 1000 calories.
Will aim for 1400 each day with some exercise too.
See what the scales say next week 🤞
