So, this is my second week doing Insanity. First week did 3 days, then came the weekend and as always I didn't save time for ME. I'm repeating week one, now the hubby and a friend. Not seeing changes on the scale but definitely noticing a difference in my body.

I’m not giving up, sooner or later I will see pounds lost. Until then using this as a motivation to work harder!
77.7 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

Insanity was the best work out program I have ever done. I lost a total of 3-5 lbs doing it (at that point i was trying for 12-15lbs) but have never been in better shape in my entire life. I wanna start it again soon but im nervous haha! Keep it up!

I finished my 3rd week of the program today. I'm loving it. Not much movement on the scale, but I'm so much stronger than I was and feeling better to. And you aren't kidding, Shaun T is Smokin Hot!

The first time I did Insanity I only lasted 9 days. I was already near my goal weight so once I hit it I stopped....it was soooo hard. I did lose 15 lbs easily at the time alongside counting carlories hard core. Only took me about 2 months, tops. Just started Insanity again with only 9 lbs to go. I seriously wussed out on each interval but sloppily made it through the first workout. Ugghh. Wish me luck and best of luck to you!
