Down an inch each in waist, hip, butt!! 1/2 inch in thigh and calf

I know most of the weight lost is water weight...as my first weigh in was on a bloated day...but I'll take it!

Following the plan pretty exactly. Probably having more carbs than recommended, but doing what I can do. It has been difficult getting enough calories, the only time I've felt hungry is right before bed, trying not to eat after 8pm.
86.6 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
