Alright.... DUST off, get UP, CHIN UP HIGH, NOOOO looking back and get back to it! This is a ONE bite at a time deal. If we mess up, you go drink some water and look at your next snack/meal and plan it out. The key to this is PLANNING ahead. You have to know what it is that you have that is good to eat and plan to eat it. Doing this takes the stress off of thinking about what you will eat. :) I also recommend about a 100 calorie snack about 3 hours after breakfast and lunch and possibly dinner. Keeping your metabolism running and having to burn more often, but less calories, will help keep it going at a good pace! :) I'm happy to have ya on my Yellow Team with the Cruise!! Lets ROCK IT!! =D
