I've cooking all of my meals for the past week (except on Sat when I was at JapanFest - I had some sushi...yummy), so I've eating pretty well. Plenty of vegetables and plenty of chicken.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
