Losing 0.9 kg a Week

losing 2 lb a week is pretty darn good. Basically 8 lbs a month. So by the end of Dec. should be down another 20 lb. 258 that would be pretty sweet. Ugh now starts 150 sit ups ugh. LOL! I can do it.
