Lost three pounds, happy. I made two significant changes this week.
1. At this point calories are my issue. I kept my calories below 3000. More specifically, I noticed that my calorie deficit was closer to 1100 calories/day judging by my diet calendar. That's my calorie goal.
2. You're not going to like this. I upped my carbs. Specifically, I decided that avoiding vegetables I liked like peppers or sugar snap peas didn't work for me considering that they were satisfying, filling, and had a microscopic number of calories for it. I've also added strawberries for the same reason. I'm still in ketosis in a big way, so maybe I'm just finding my appropriate carb level and its a lot higher than I thought.
