This past week I haven't been on very much. Couple my busy schedule (kid has something going on 4 days a week - lol) with the depressing news that my husband won't be home as soon as we were planning - and it crashed only my diet, but not my entire routine.

I've gained half a pound, which I guess isn't terrible, but I need to start picking up the pieces! That started yesterday. I got some walking in - and started to look at my husband's delay as a good thing.

Getting up now to clean, clean, clean!! Then, we have a soccer game this afternoon. Then when we get home I'm going to see if my neighbor wants to go take a walk.

On the bright note, I have gotten eating breakfast into my routine and will usually eat within 40 minutes of waking up. So it's baby steps....but I'm happy to at least be making that a habit. :-)
115.2 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 49.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I know you miss him so much, but think: that's just more time that you have to get yourself in such great shape before he returns! Right now you guys HAVE to be apart from each other....but by getting in shape you're going to get so healthy and ensure that you guys have a long and happy future together...you don't want that time cut short because of poor health brought on by being overweight. You can do it!

good for you!! it is babysteps :) I like your positive attitude--can't even imagine what it is like for you to be raising your babies with your husband away fighting in a war--wow--what an amazing woman you are to stay strong and positive through all of this!! I feel very inspired by you!! You can do this and I'm excited to go along for the ride :) Hugss to you brave one!!!

You've already realized what was going on and taken steps to improve, so you've already done the hard part. You'll be back on track and where you want to be in no time.
