Katie, What do you do for Circuit Training?

My circuit training is a Stroller Strides class, or Jillian's 30 Day Shred video. :) You could mimic a SS class on your own, though. We start with a dynamic warmup (moving stretches) for about five minutes, and then walk/power-walk/jog to a station. The cardio intervals are usually three to five minutes. Then we stop at a "station" and do some sort of strength training- bicep curls with our resistance bands, lunges, tricep dips, squats, etc. Then we move on with another cardio interval, then stop for another station. And repeat for an hour. At the end, we do a few minutes of ab work, and then stretch. :)
