I've been so busy that I have not had a chance to do a morning weigh-in that I like to do. So today was the first day in a couple and I'm down a half pound since starting the SB diet.
Today will be a challenge as I am going to be on the road which makes fast food tempting. I am going to try to be home for lunch and will take my mid-morning snack with me.
