After 5 days of the USANA Reset program I went from 165.5 to 161.5 - a four pound loss. Not bad although I was hoping to be in the 150s at this point. But all take it. South Beach starts today. I have friends coming over to the house tomorrow for lunch, so I will be challenged to prepare a SB Phase 1 lunch.
