I skipped workout last two days and am feeling bad. I did "shopping mall walk"--it's also called simply "shopping":)--with my five-inch stiletto shoes on Saturday, so it's a kind of exercise... wasn't it?

Fall1 term of my college starts from today while Summer2 ended yesterday. Yes, I'm feeling tired a little, but I have to do it. In order to keep doing exercise, my workout plan is only one DVD exercise, that's it. No pilates, not elliptical. One DVD a day, five days (or six) a week. I hope I can survive through.
51.9 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
