Up two pounds this morning. Pretty sad, but I guess that there will be hick-ups along the way. I did stay in my calorie allotment each day, so I can feel good about that!
139.3 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 68.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
