Okay so my entire body is still in pain and I get to work out again this evening. I have followed the rules on my cigarette consumption but my boyfriend forgot to give me my daily ration today when he left for work. I am having trouble sleeping from the pain. Last night I had to get up in the middle of the night and resorted to taking Excedrin pm to help me sleep. I am hoping that this pain subsides soon. I still haven't lost any lbs. Granted it has only been 3 days but I thought I would have at least lost like a pound. lol Well I guess I am being impatient.
