I am in so much pain. My muscles ache so bad. Having trouble sleeping because of the muscle pain. Hope it goes away soon.

Muscle pain is typically from the release of lactic acid into your system after a hard workout. I suggest doubling up on the water to flush the toxins out. It should help quite a bit.

Also, if you're working out, make sure you stretch before, but even more importantly, after you finish your workout. This will help rid that build-up of lactic acid, too.
