Back from "vacation" at my Mom's. Actually did a pretty decent workout one day in the fitness center at Mom's retirement center, and went on long walks the other days. And guess what? No weight gain!! I followed the strategy of eating pretty much everything I wanted, but just limited the portions. Seemed to work.

Good workout with weights today.

87.1 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
