Well, it's been quite a while since I've been on this site, and quite a while since I've tried to lose weight! I fell off the wagon hard, but still managed to come back .4 pound lighter! I have a new determination and need to lose the weight! My knees are really giving me pains, and I know that getting the weight off is the answer! So, since I'm a pretty smart and sensible person, the answer is to get the weight off!!!
