Good workout this morning -- 45 minutes on the elliptical stepper. Last night was my niece's birthday. I had a chicken salad, water and only a little bite of cake.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
