I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack ;-) No change in weight over that last week. As I was out of town and visiting family I was expecting this. I was mostly on plan during the day, the evening meal I was less on plan. To many family favorites to pass up! Now I'm back home and back on plan for the push to goal. Going to ramp up my exercise a bit and be diligent on watching my lean and green.
