I am pursuing under 20g "net carbs". I currently rely on lettuce wraps from some fast food joints. They're poor sources of fiber so I am supplementing with psyllium husk.
Blood ketones tested at 0.6 mmol/L, 9am
102.2 kg Lost so far: 23.9 kg.    Still to go: 39.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
