It has been a week. I weighed in and have lost 2 lbs. It can't compare with the totals of those on the biggest loser, but at least the scale is moving in the right direction!
142.0 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 70.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Well done!!! If you don't think 2lb is much just pick up 2lb of butter when you go shopping & hold it for a minute, that is a lot of fat that you will never have spread over you again! (I don't really believe biggest loser anyway, it's TV it's not going to be quite what it seems)
