Yea -- got below 195! Played soccer for about 1 1/2 hours this morning. Unfortunately my left ankle hurts and is a bit swollen. The tough thing for me is staying on track for the rest of the day. I want to record a weight loss for the weekend and for my challenge weigh in on Tuesday.
88.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
