well from monday (now its thursday ) I HAVE LOST 2 POUNDS REALLY PLEASED WITH MY SELF STICKING TO ABOUT 1,300 TO 1,400 A DAY AND KEEPING BUSY AND DRINKING LOADS OF COFFEE SEEMS TO HELP YEAH X
