YESSS! Down a couple pounds! I'm trying to record everything I eat and all the exercise.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Great going! journaling food has been proven to help us lose weight. I suppose it keeps us more aware of what we are eating and how much. Nice seeing that chart going down, eh!
