Yesterday was my 17th full day of Keto diet. I've been mindful of ketchup on my "lettuce wraps" and not using condiments that might contain soy, like mayo. Blood ketones at 6:30 a.m. were 0.4 mmol/L on a Precision Xtra.
12:30 pm ketones 0.4 mmol. 10pm ketones 0.7 mmol.
I had last food at about 2pm (matcha). Will fast until morning.
