Wow -- with some discipline I might be able to get through the weekend with a weight loss.

Went to soccer practice this morning with my team. Don't think I'm going to play this season, but practice was great. Good exercise for 90 minutes.
88.7 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
