Hmmmm..so that what happens when you actually journal and count those points!!! Yipee! This is the first week since--who knows when--that I have actually been able to say I have followed program "reasonably well".

Tried a kickboxing class last night--fun! But, very expensive. WIll probably stick to my gym routine and try to add in some of the free classes. I did Pilates last Saturday and enjoyed it. Well, maybe "enjoyed" is not exactly the right word!
68.6 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week

Hey look at that loss!!! I am so proud of you! I hope I can get to the point of keeping those points down again like you are! Hey I just bought some pilates workouts..........just haven't made myself try them yet. I have heard good things, but unless I am sweating, I don't feel like I have worked out ahahahha! Anyway keep up that awesome work!
