Hooray! Hooray!
So it seems cutting 200 more calories a day is that last push I needed. I also took a step back on the working out. At the end of the day I would hop on the treadmill on a NON tradmill day and I think sticking to the plan prevents my tendency to overtrain.
NOW...the big question...we know I can break to 122-ish, high 121's................DRUM ROLL please.......................
...............can I break through to 119 before PMS WATER LOAD UP! ; ) LOL!
We shall see!
