Well, back from another week long vacation, so I think I did pretty good. We ate out lots. I enjoyed myself but tried not to stuff myself. I chose not to drink or have sweets. I think that helped. Other than one good walk, I didn't really get any exercise in except walking while sight-seeing or shopping. I had access to a treadmill but chose not to use it. Time to step it up again!
