I'm doing well on the diet, but I've had some physical issues that I believe are related to this diet. For about two months, my leg muscles -- mainly my calves -- have been aching and sore. Sometimes it's manageable, but other times (like yesterday morning) I wake up and can barely walk. Thank goodness for Ibuprofen!! From what I've researched, these leg pains (which are similar to what a charlie horse feels like) are caused mainly by a deficiency in Calcium (as well as potassium and magnesium). Turns out these nutrients are not present in most of the foods in my Phase 1 and/or 2 diet. I've started taking Calcium with Vitamin D (you need "D" to absorb Calcium) so hopefully this will help.
65.8 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
