I am pleased to see the weight moving in the right direction. Good workout yesterday morning, and a decent dog walk last night. I was able to jog a bit without the pain I've been experiencing in my achilles, which I'm hoping means I can start adding short runs into my workout routine.
88.7 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
