Okay, it's been crazy. We've been out of town and eating at restaurants. I had been down to 163.5 but am back up to 168.5
I have three months until we head out on our Bora Bora vacation. Today I am putting the screws to myself. Drinking my USANA shakes and going to eat ZONE.
Hubby is supporting Zone eating for himself as well. I know that I can lose 30lbs in 3 months if I discipline myself!
