OK, so I didn't weigh in last week because I just celebrated my bd, and consumed some whisky, some cake and a few tacos...all this week I followed the WOE to the letter, except on friday, I was asked to help selling Krispy Kreme Doughnuts to help raising funds for the hurricaine (Alex) that swiped the city, and inevitably I ate one! That being said, and those being my only "cheats", I think that 2 pounds lost is nevertheless a step forward in the right path. also I'm feeling more energetic and I'm still transforming fat into muscle, I can tell and everyone else as well. Nice weigh in. I think 2 pounds is perfect. Like you, I didn't start out with a lot to lose. My motto is, "What's the hurry?" I know that I'm going to have to continue to eat smart forever or that weight will just slowly work it's way back on. But I'm not a purist. I know that once in a while I'm going to have that fluffy, glazed, filled, yeasty doughnut. Hopefully, I just won't order the whole dozen!

THank you, and I'm totally with you, there are just certain occasions that having a drink or a little sweet off limits snack will be inevitable, we just have to make them be less over time.
