My weight has actually gone up since I started this challenge. I was sick the first week, but did not eat poorly just couldn't work out. This past weekend I splurged a little on Saturday night. Now, I am totally committed to being below my start weight by Monday the 15th! Size 6 here I come!!!
68.5 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
