Fighting flu for several days, since 17th. Ate 3 garlic cloves yesterday.
Checked Ketones at 11am, 0.6 mmol/L, so I'm in "nutritional ketosis". Not bad after having had breaded chicken strips and pizza Sat-Mon.
98.4 kg Lost so far: 27.7 kg.    Still to go: 35.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
