My lunch and snacks are packed to take to the office today. Ate a proper breakfast. The only possible problem is to avoid grazing in the kitchen tonight. I need to have something specific and on the diet to eat when I get home.

Worked out with weights for 30 minutes this morning.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
